Westside Parkway and Truxtun Avenue off-ramp will be temporarily reduced down to one lane Monday August 14th through Wednesday August 16th nights. 

The eastbound Westside Parkway loop off-ramp to Truxtun Avenue will be reduced to one lane to facilitate work on the Kern River Bridge Improvements Project. 

The adjustment is needed to allow eastbound Tructun Avenue traffic to be moved away from the edge of the road while a new bridge embamkement is built on the south side of the road. 

The embakement is expected to take six to eight weeks to complete. 

Nighttime closures are also planned for the Westside Parkway in both the eastbound and Westbound directions from just west of the Mohawk Street off-ramp to Truxtun Avenue.
