Right now, the Bakersfield Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened near a restaurant equipment and supply store on Tulare and East 19th Street.

According, to BPD, a man called them saying his brother was shot.

When BPD arrived on the scene they found a man with a gun shot wound. He was taken to the hospital and his condition is unknown.
