Patients of Divine Vitality came together Saturday to help clean up the streets of Bakersfield. 

The volunteers cleaned a square mile around the medical marijuana shop on Brundage Lane, and one volunteer told 23ABC they estimate they picked up 500 pounds worth of trash.
