UPDATE (Feb. 17, 2017, 11:05 a.m.): According to PG&E, they have reduced their outages from 34 to 20.

The outages are now only affecting 1,000 customers. It's unclear when they will be resolved.

According to PG&E, there are 34 outages in Bakersfield that are affecting over 3,000 customers.

Outages have been reported all over the Bakersfield area. Most of the outages are in the central area of Bakersfield, but outages have been reported in the Oildale area as well.

PG&E is aware of the outages and are sending crews to asses the damage.

Some outages are due to storm damage.
