CSUB Police are investigating several reports of a subject who approaches female students who are studying alone in a room in the Walter Stiern Library and represents himself as a kinesiology student.

The male suspect asks for help with his physical therapy work and if the female student would allow him to practice on her.

During the contact he then attempts to touch or touches the female students beyond their consent and inappropriately. UPD has received additional reports after the first bulletin was distributed. We have added different photographs of the suspect below.

 Description:

The suspect is described as a dark skinned Hispanic male in his early 20’s.  The suspect has dark brown eyes, long hair that was “gelled down,” a medium build, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and no facial hair.  He was last seen wearing a black, red and green plaid pattern shirt and dark wash jeans.
