According to the Kern County Sheriff's Office, on September 6, 2016, around 9:38 p.m., there was a stabbing in Oildale in a trailer park on McCord Avenue off North Chester Avenue.
The victim and the suspect got into a verbal argument before the suspect stabbed the victim multiple times.
The victim was taken to Kern Medical and is expected to survive.
The suspect fled the scene and has been identified but not located. There have been no arrests so far.
