Delano police is looking for a suspect involved in a fatal shooting that took place in 2006.

On Aug. 16, 2006, police were called out to a scene where a man was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Daniel Castaneda Mendez, 20, succumbed to his injuries at the Delano Regional Center.

Investigators were able to determine that Jamie Rivera, now 25 years old, was involved in Mendez' death.
