The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in locating a missing person who is at risk due to a medical condition. Eddie Moreno was last seen on May 11, 2017 at 10:00 p.m., while at his residence located in the 1800 block of Golden State Avenue.
Moreno is described as a Hispanic male, 56 years old, 6'1", 225 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, and last seen wearing tan pants.
