The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating a missing person.

Ryan Blackwell was last seen on April 29, 2017 at approximately 2:00 p.m., while walking in the area of Mohawk Avenue and California Avenue. Blackwell is considered at risk due to medical conditions.
