Edward Tucker was arrested Friday after escaping from his group home earlier this week, according to KCSO.

Tucker was taken into custody for his probation violation warrant by a deputy who pulled him over in Lake Isabella around noon Friday.

A law enforcement source told 23ABC that Tucker has been hospitalized after swallowing an unknown amount of codeine pills.

On Thursday, The Kern County Probation Department released a statement regarding Tucker's violation of probation.

The department said that Tucker was placed in a sober living environment program as part of his probation.

On August 7th, Tucker walked away from the program and upon notification of his AWOL status, probation officers began searching for Tucker.

The Kern County Sheriff's Office was notified of the violation of his probation and a bench warrant was issued for Tucker's arrest.
