23ABC has learned one of the victims shot during a standoff in Oildale has died. 

Mike Kennedy was listed in critical condition after being shot by Christopher Gray Friday.

Kennedy was being treated at Kern Medical Center and today family members tell 23ABC they decided to take him off life support. 

Family members say Kennedy and Ricky Gray, the other victim killed during the shooting have been friends since high school.
