Monday, February 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., officers responded to the area of China Grade Loop just east of Haley Street and Panorama Drive for a report of a sink hole. 

Officers located an area on the north side of the roadway where the dirt had eroded away from under the roadway.  

The road was shut down at China Grade Loop and Alfred Harrell Highway.  It is unknown at this time how long the roadway will remain closed.
