Traffic on Southbound Highway 99 is backed up due to a crash near California Avenue. 

According to the California Highway Patrol, just after 8 a.m. Thursday a car rolled over, ending up on its side near the California Avenue on ramp. Two people inside the car suffered only minor injuries. 

The No. 1 and No. 2 lanes are currently blocked and traffic has slowed to about 4 miles per hour.
