If you saw superheroes or comic book characters running around downtown Bakersfield, you were experiencing a bit of Bak-Anime fever.

Bakersfield's Anime convention brought out hundreds of anime lovers and cosplayers, who lined up outside Marriott hotel to see two of the original Power Ranger characters and other special guests.

Attendees said that the convention is all about having fun with friends, meeting people with similar interests and dressing up.

The convention will continue tomorrow from 10AM-5:30PM and tickets are $10.
