Rosa Gomez's sister had a child when she was a teen. After seeing some of the difficulties of being a teen mom, Gomez decided to create the Kern Teen Pregnancy & Prevention Partnership.
Today, Gomez teamed with J&J Designs hair salon to deliver diapers, other necessities and a free makeover to teen moms throughout Kern County.
This was the first event Gomez put together and she hopes to continue to use these events to help moms in need.
