The teenager who was left hanging upside down after a ride malfunctioned at a county fair in Ventura, Calif. said he won't be bungee jumping anymore.

Roger Rodriguez, the 19-year-old who got stuck on the ride, said he kept calm during the ordeal.

"I said a prayer. I told God I'm not going to die here," Rodriguez said.

Rodriguez wasn't alone up there. His friend Eddie Rodriguez was also stuck inside of the cage.

"I tried not to freak out but then I would look down at Roger and he was completely flipping out. You know, because he was upside down, and I was trying to keep him calm," Eddie said.

The fire department brought them both down safely. There are conflicting reports of how long they were up there, but it is anywhere between 15 to 45 minutes.
