A green minivan on the right hand shoulder is on fire on the southbound side of Interstate 5, just south of Fort Tejon.
According to California Highway Patrol, three subjects were seen running from the vehicle, which is directly under power lines in the area.
The vehicle rolled down the embankment, and it is unknown at this point if there are any injuries.
Expect delays if traveling in this area.
