Health department officials are meeting with Valley Plaza food court employees on Tuesday to ensure that their food safety regulations are up to standard.
Health officials said that while the mall passed their inspection last week they received reports of foul odors and flooding in the basement where businesses store their food.
When those reports were investigated, vendors complained about the flooding, restrooms being closed and foul odors coming from the area.
