Vehicle crashes into a pole near Glennville, more than 100 without power

UPDATE (May 20, 6:45a): According to So. Cal Edison's website power is now expected to be restored at 3:30p.m.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating a crash near Glennville that knocked out power for more than 100 customers Sunday morning.

It happened around 3:30 a.m. near Highway 155 and Granite Rd. 

According to the CHP dispatch website a vehicle crashed into a pole and live telephone wires were down in the area. 

The vehicle was abandoned. 

As of 5:30 Sunday morning CHP had lanes blocked in the area.

Southern California Edison has crews on the way to fixed the down power pole. According to the So Cal Edison website, crews hope to have power restored by 6:30 a.m.
