Wheels 4 Bakersfield will be presenting a couple of people with a gift that will help improve their quality of life on Tuesday.
A young lady and an 11-year-old who both suffer from spinal bifida will receive chairs donated by local families.
The ceremony will take place starting at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Stockdale Moose Lodge located at 905 Stine Rd.
