The woman accused of killing J's Place owner Ray Ingram is set to stand before a judge Monday after her day in court was pushed back last week.

Michaele Bowers was arrested Feb. 22 after Ingram was shot and killed at a home in Southwest Bakersfield.

Ingram died at the scene. Bowers was later arrested.

Bowers is facing one count of first degree murder.
