Measure AV would provide $350 million to the Antelope Valley Community College District.
The money would help with safety upgrades, repairs, and other improvements to Antelope Valley College. The facilities have not been updated in over 50 years.
The measure would cost taxpayers an estimated $25 per $100,000 of assessed property value every year.
The bond needs 55% of votes to pass. Election day is November 8.
