BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield ranks among the top housing markets to watch in 2019. That's according to a new report from the buying/renting housing website Trulia.
The San Fransisco-based company ranked two California cities in their Top 10 for 2019, Bakersfield and Fresno. Bakersfield ranked 4th while Fresno ranked 6th. Bakersfield's low cost of living versus income helped Bakersfield score high, according to the report.
The report showed the hottest neighborhood in Bakersfield is Northeast Bakersfield.
