The Bakersfield Police Department says a man who was shot and killed Friday morning suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
According to BPD, police were called out to the area of Parker Avenue near Akers Road just before 2 a.m.
Once officers arrived, police found a man with multiple gunshot wounds inside an apartment. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made and no suspect information has been released.
