DELANO, Calif. — There are new details in a deadly shooting that happened Sunday night in Delano. Officials say the man who was killed was only 19 years old.

Delano police say they received calls about gunshots Sunday night in the area of Rounds Street and 23rd Avenue. That's where police say people in two different cars got into an argument and one of the people opened fire. Officials say 19-year-old Arturo Galvan was hit by gunfire and later died from his injuries at a nearby hospital.

23ABC went to the neighborhood where the shooting happened and spoke with one man who says he heard the gunshots. He says the man who was shot is related to his neighbors and the entire ordeal has left him shaken.

Officials say this is the fourth murder to happen this year in Delano.

Delano police say the suspected shooter is a man last seen driving a small grey four-door car. They are asking anyone else who saw or heard anything to call them 721-3377.
