As a national anchor, Chris Stewart brings to air unique stories impacting people across the country each week.

He also hosts the weekly show called The Race, a political show focused on people. He travels across the country to have real conversations with voters about what’s impacting their everyday lives. He’s documented climate change’s impact on glaciers in Alaska and has looked at immigration issues from inside and outside of the United States.

Prior to becoming the national anchor, he spent four years on WPTV's top-rated morning show in South Florida.

Chris started his career in the “Birthplace of Basketball” Springfield, Massachusetts, only about an hour from where he grew up in Connecticut.

Away from work, you can find Chris spending time with his wife and daughter, and on Saturdays in the fall, keeping up with Penn State Football, win or lose!
