The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life events usually takes place all across the country at this time of the year. However, due to the coronavirus outbreak, the event has been canceled and the organization is moving the event online.
Attendees can experience all the traditional event elements from the opening ceremony to the survivor lap and caregiver recognition.
The event is Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. on the Relay for Life Facebook page and YouTube channel.
