American Red Cross experiencing extreme shortage in volunteers

The Red Cross is in dire need of volunteers. Organizers say they are experiencing an extreme shortage of volunteers in Kern County.

According to the Red Cross they need help with the high number of home fires that the county is experiencing.

The Red Cross organization is made up of 90-percent volunteers.
