BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Do you have dinner plans on Wednesday or Thursday? If not you can join the Bakersfield Police Department for Tip-a-Cop at Chili's from 5 to 9 p.m.
A portion of the proceeds from the Tip-a-Cop event will go to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Officers will be volunteering their time to serve at the Chili's on Rosedale Highway on Wednesday. Thursday night they will be at the Chili's on Gosford Road.
