BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield Texas Roadhouse gave back to the community Monday in celebration of Random Acts of Kindness Day.

The restaurant management team spent their morning volunteering at the Mission at Kern County.

Organizers said being a strong community partner is part of the Texas Roadhouse mission.

"From veteran heroes to local sports teams, and hunger relief to natural disasters, we're proud to be part of it all," the restaurant said.
