BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — If you like biking and baseball, this is your lucky day! Bike Bakersfield is holding a special event that combines the best of both worlds.

Cyclists are invited to join Bike Bakersfield on July 1st as the group rides to see the Bakersfield Train Robbers take on the Wasco Reserves. People who join in on the ride will receive free admission to the game.

The group will depart from the Park at River Walk at 6:30 p.m. with a stop at Beack Park at 7:15 p.m. Riders can join in at either location and the the ride will follow the Kern River Parkway Trail

A valet service will be provided to secure the bikes as participants watch the game.

And if all that wasn't good enough to get you to join in, there will be $1 beers and hot dogs during the game.
