BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — 'Tis the season of giving! For the third-year, Christmas Hope for Heroes will provide seven local veteran families in need with gifts.

Each year, Josh Conner, a local veteran who founded this event invites families to the Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott in Central Bakersfield.

The event features breakfast, story-time from Mr. and Mrs. Claus and the gifts from their children's wish lists.
