SHAFTER, Calif. (KERO)_ — Shafter will be getting in the Cinco de Mayo spirit early this year. The city is hosting its celebration this weekend.
The city will be hosting a parade with a celebration to follow. It will take place in downtown Shafter on Saturday. The parade will begin at 10 a.m.
And then a festival will be held at Mannel Park following the parade.
