KERN COUNTY, Calif. — August is known as World Breastfeeding Month and this week, a local organization is doing its part to celebrate and help educate mothers.

Community Action Partnership of Kern is hosting a series of events this week in Kern County and in San Bernardino County. The goal of these events is to empower and educate parents.
