BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — We are less than two months away from the Country & Craft Beer Festival and this month you have a chance to get to know the brewers who help put the who event together.
Active 2030 Club and Lengthwise are hosting a "Meet you Brewer" event on Saturday, Feb. 22.
The event serves as a pre-party for the Country Craft Beer Festival where guests can find a more intimate setting to meet and chat with the makers behind Bakersfield’s growing craft beer scene. Featured brewers include Lengthwise Brewing, Great Change, Dionysus, Crusader, Temblor, Kern River Brewing, Westlane Brewing, and 2nd Phase.

The Active 2030 Club, which hosts both events, donates all proceeds to local children’s charities.
"Meet your Brewer" runs from 6 to 9 p.m. and the Country & Craft Beer Festival returns April 4.
