BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Small business owners interested in learning about helpful resources available to them as they work on reopening plans can pick up tips from entrepreneur Kurt Friedman, founder of the KJF Group and co-founder of World Mentor, in this week’s free webinar hosted by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield.

The webinar, “Managing Your Small Business through the Pandemic” will be online Wednesday, Oct. 21 from noon to 1 p.m.

Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will kick off the webinar with updated guidance on four PPP forgiveness forms to show how to effectively manage PPP documentation and maximize the amount forgiven. There will also be updates on the Economic Disaster Injury Loan Program, Kern County’s progress toward the "orange tier," Kern Recovers, B-CARES, and the Wasco Relief Grant program.
