The Broadway smash-hit musical "Hamilton" will be available to stream on Disney Plus this summer, playwright and actor Lin-Manuel Miranda confirmed on Twitter Tuesday.

The original Broadway production will be available on the streaming service beginning July 3.

Earlier this year, Disney announced it would show the Broadway production in theaters beginning October 15, 2021. That version was filmed onstage with the show's original cast at The Richard Rodgers Theatre in New York.

The original Broadway version of the show took home 11 Tony Awards in 2016, including Best Musical. The production has since toured across North America and in London.
