'Harry and the Potters' to rock out at Beale Memorial Library

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Looking for a magical way to spend a Monday night?

Tickets are now available to see the wizard Rock band "Harry and the Potters" at the Beale Memorial Library on July 29 at 7 p.m.

The band was founded in 2002 by Brothers Joe and Paul De-George. They are currently on tour to promote their 2019 album Lumos.

Over the years, the duo has played more than 800 shows performing music based on the books. The group has raised over $100,000 for charities since 2005.

If you are a Summer Reading Challenge award-winner, you can pick up your free tickets now. One ticket per award-winner will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The library is located at 701 Truxtun Avenue in Bakersfield.
