Kevin Spacey posts video after announcement of sexual assault charges

It has been more than a year since "House of Cards" actor Kevin Spacey posted anything to Twitter, but that changed today — Christmas Eve.

Spacey's post comes after the announcement he is being charged with the sexual assault of a teenage boy that allegedly occurred in 2016. His tweet today reads, "Let Me Be Frank," the title of a video he posted to YouTube.

In the video , Spacey appears to be portraying his "House of Cards" character, Frank Underwood, and alluding to the fact that he hasn't died. But is he talking about both the character and Spacey, the person?

The character on "House of Cards" was killed off, and the Netflix series itself has ended. Spacey did not appear in the sixth and final season.

Spacey (as Frank) in the video also says he is not one to play by the rules, and that he never did. Watch it, to hear more from the actor, here:
