BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A local singing competition, The Choice, is preparing for auditions right here in Bakersfield.
The Choice is hosted by Dejon 'the Deacon' Jarnagin. Competitors have the chance to win up to $500 dollars in cash prizes plus a full recording package courtesy of Bakersfield Music & Recording Studios.
Auditions will be held:
- Jan. 18 at 11 a.m.
- Jan. 25 at 11 a.m.
- Jan. 27 at 6 p.m.
Competition dates will be:
- Feb. 9 at 6 p.m.
- Feb. 16 at 6 p.m.
- Feb. 23 at 6 p.m.
