From the Prince William County Police Department, this officer stopped to help a giant snapping turtle cross a major road way.
One other stranger had a red wagon and they used it to bring the turtle across the street. At one point, there was a little scare when the turtle snapped its mouth, but the turtle made it safely across the street thanks to these good samaritans!
