The much anticipated teaser trailer for Star Wars: Episode IX was released Friday afternoon and the internet has stopped everything its doing to take in the 2-minute and 3-second trailer.
The movie is the final installment of the Star Wars sequel trilogy and it finally has a name; "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker." The film, directed by J.J. Abrams, takes place sometime after The Last Jedi.
"Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker" opens in theaters on December 20, 2019.
