Dennis Shields was found dead Friday inside his Trump Tower apartment.

Shields is the on-again, off-again ex-boyfriend of TV personality and Skinny Girl brand creator Bethenny Frankel.

Shields, age 51, may have died because of a drug overdose. His assistant administered Narcan to him, according to TMZ and the New York Post.
