The Bakersfield Baby Shower! 23ABC and Hall Ambulance are partnering to take care of new babies in need. We will be collecting baby items the month of November and doing a big day of collections on November 21st- the Bakersfield Baby Shower- at 23ABC from 5 a.m. until 7 p.m.
