BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — Panama-Buena Vista Union School District is getting ready to return soon. They say a specific return date will be announced in the next two weeks.

The district said students who were back on campus prior to the shutdown in December will be the first to return.

According to a letter sent to district parents, updates will be provided weekly regarding the reopening schedule and plan. They also said they are continuing to get feedback from parents on reopening the schools.
