Garces Memorial High School is hosting a Veteran’s Day ceremony set to honor local veterans.

The ceremony will take place during the school day on November 8th and local veterans are welcome to attend.

Principal Myka Peck will welcome veterans, which will be followed by readings from several students and recognition of each military branch.

Fleet Master Chief April Beldo will be in attendance and will talk about her experience in the Navy.

After the ceremony veterans are invited to stay for refreshments.
