BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — In round two of the challenge, the morning team tasted Erica Valencia's family recipe.

She shared a spicy pork tamale with red sauce, chicken with green sauce, cheese and jalapeno and sweet options as well.

She and her family serve tamales year-round at Grandma's Tamales here in Bakersfield.
