After a cold and long winter, going to work on a nice Spring day can be a little 'ruff'. 

A perfect example of this would be Jango, a K-9 for Anne Arundel County Sheriff's Office, whose spring fever is going viral. 

In the video, you can see that Jango refuses to get in the car and go to work until he gets his belly rubbed. Ryan Costin, Jango's human, posted the video of him trying to go to work last week. 

While most of us cannot lay on the ground and demand a belly rub, I think we can all relate to Jango's Spring fever.
