BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — On this week's episode of Simply Sweet we head back to Eureka! to learn to make their 28 Day Dry-Aged Mushroom Burger.
This burger is made with carrot-fed Angus beef, so it has a hint of sweetness and is a healthier option to regular beef. They melt Swiss cheese on top on the patty, which is then topped with caramelized onions and mushrooms and a creamy aioli. This burger comes with aside of fries, or you can switch them out for fried Mac 'N Cheese balls .
