BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A man is in critical condition after a car struck him Saturday night in Southwest Bakersfield.
It happened around 9 p.m. on Wilson and Akers roads. Bakersfield police officers said they found a man suffering from major injuries.
He was transported to a local hospital where he is currently listed in critical condition.
At this time, BPD is working to determine if alcohol or drugs are factors in this collision. The investigation is ongoing.
